My name is Cathi Heilman and this is my 4th year teaching 3rd grade here at AVCS. I also have experience teaching 2nd grade. I have undergraduate degrees in Child Development and Education along with a Masters Degree in Education. I come from a military family (my father was a Navy pilot) and have moved quite a bit. I came to California in 2005 when I married my amazing husband Jeff. Jeff and I live in beautiful Laguna Niguel with our very spoiled English Bulldog Libby.

I am extremely blessed to be here at AVCS where I am able to use my gifts for teaching and share God’s word!
